I downloaded the file from sendspace but it doesn't work.when i try to play a psx4all rom on my ipod touch it says "error opening CDR component" What does this mean? How do i get my psx roms working?

ok I have downloaded the file, but when I open the folder it reads as a media file on my VLC player. What can I do to fix this, and what am I doing wrong? Totally new to this and am wondering how to set up my PXZ emlator..I have two. pSX_1_13 and epsxe170. What do I do?

right basically i have just got my self a new com.. and its not letting me run my epsxe games. it wont tell me what the problem is either so a step by step guide to installing and sorting this out would be much appreciated. btw i never realy ask for help much so any help is good help tbh. thanks.
